Welcome to Pine Ridge South III, we are a fifty-five and over community located in Greenacres Florida with 40 buildings totaling 320 units.  We feature one and two bedroom condos with either one or two baths.  Each unit is approximately 900 square feet.

Over the last several years the board of directors completed several needed large reserve projects that helped reduce our insurance costs.  Our Quarterly Maintenance fees for 2026 will decrease by 23%.  The fee for a 3000 series condo is $1,337.70 dollars.  The fee for a 2000 series condo is $1,188.84 dollars. The fee for a 1000 series condo is $944.88 dollars. The good news is we have completed all of our 42 roof replacements in 2025.  Also, all of the electrical service upgrades have been completed in 2025. 

We are situated within seven miles of Lake Worth and Lantana beaches which makes living in Pine Ridge South III attractive.  Both beaches have a long pier for fishing or enjoying the ocean.  The beaches are well maintained with plenty of lifeguard stations for you and your family's safety.  Several wildlife refuges featuring well maintained boardwalks are just a short drive away.

Pine Ridge South III offers many features which make Florida living easy.  Our beautiful pool is equipped with chairs, chaise lounges and umbrella tables.  Our clubhouse is a great gathering place for games, cards, puzzles, community  events or just plain socializing.  Also enjoy bocce, shuffleboard, pickle ball or tennis on our private courts.  Take a quiet stroll around our private lake with its attractive fountain.
